Wilson Mountain Sports is committed to the safety of our staff and customers. Please ensure you are aware of the following guidelines before visiting our business. All staff, suppliers and customers are encouraged to remain up to date with developments related to COVID-19 (http://www.alberta.ca/COVID19).
Guidelines:
Distancing Measures
Staff:
1. Required to maintain 2 metres (6 feet) of distancing at all times
2. Maximum 5 Staff at work at a time
Public:
1. Maintain 2 metres (6 feet) of distancing at all times
2. Enter front door exit back door
3. Maximum 10 customers in the store at a time
Cleaning
1. Each employee washes hands start of shift and regularly during the day
2. High touch surfaces are wiped regularly with disinfectant
3. Returned product and try on items are isolated for 24 - 72 hours
4. Washrooms are only available to staff
5. Hand sanitizing is required upon entering the store and is available thru out the store
6. There will be a 1 hour period before opening and after closing for full site cleaning.
Screening for Symptoms
Staff:
1. Self-monitor and report symptoms
2. Staff follow Provincial guidelines if symptoms arise
3. Staff leave the premise as soon as symptoms arise and remaining staff follow cleaning protocols immediately
Public:
1. Signage at all public entry points
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – where distancing measures cannot be maintained
Staff will wear masks during public access
We recommend our customers and suppliers wear masks when entering our store. Masks are available on request or when physical distancing cannot be maintained
Responsibilities
Management is responsible for ensuring adherence to these protocols
Harassment and/or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated
